• Registered IN voter

• Resides in precinct in which they are a candidate

• Most recent primary vote was cast in a Democratic primary or has never voted in a primary and declares Party affiliation or

• County Chair certifies Party affiliation

• Submit CAN-37 form to county voter registration office

Qualifications for County Central Committee Officer

• is a Party member, as set forth in INDems Rule 8(c)

• Registered Voter

• Resides in Hamilton County
