Tricia Owens

Tricia Owens has volunteered with the Noblesville Democratic Committee since 2023 and currently serves as Vice Chair. She has been a volunteer for the Indiana Chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America since 2018, where she has served in several state-level leadership roles including Be SMART for Kids Program Lead and Survivor Membership Lead. She is currently the Indiana Chapter Co-Lead and, at the local level, previously served as the Hamilton County Local Group Co-Lead. Tricia has a degree in Journalism from Ball State University and is an Instructional Systems Designer with a training firm in Washington, D.C. She is an 11-year resident of Noblesville where she resides with her husband, Ken, and two sons, who both attend Noblesville Schools.
