Alexis Lowry was born and raised in Westfield. She graduated from Westfield High School, as did her parents, giving her very deep roots in the Westfield community. Lowry graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington with a degree in Kinesiology and has professional experience in sales, marketing, HR, and finance with a focus on personal insurance and investments. She currently is a small business owner and a certified Nutrition Coach at Triple L Fit. Lowry has served as Church Treasurer at HeartPointe Church, where she built the church parsonage into a Christian daycare and preschool from the ground up. She coaches multiple youth sports including soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and is involved with her neighborhood HOA. Lowry and her husband, Josh have been foster parents since 2018 - they have adopted 4 children and have fostered 12 more.
