What You’ll Do:

  • Represent Your District: As a State Representative, you’ll advocate for the needs and interests of the people in your district. Whether it’s pushing for better healthcare access, stronger schools, or more jobs, you’ll be the person who ensures your community’s voice is heard in the halls of the state legislature.

  • Write and Vote on Legislation: You’ll have the power to propose new laws and amend existing ones. Whether addressing economic issues, criminal justice reform, or environmental protection, your work will help shape the future of the state.

  • Advocate for Resources: You’ll work to bring resources and funding back to your district, ensuring that local projects—like infrastructure improvements, educational programs, and public safety measures—receive the attention and support they deserve.

Age 21 or older

Lived in Indiana for 2 years

Lived in district for 1 year prior to election

Must have pulled Dem ballot past 2 primaries
