On August 4, 2026, the Chair of the Hamilton County Republican Party, Mario Massillimany, represented a client in front of the Hamilton County Election Board. The Election Board was deciding whether to refer Mr. Massillimany’s client to the prosecutor for potential criminal charges.

You’ve likely seen the winners of the larger races across social media and the news. We also want to take a moment to recognize all of the State Delegate candidates who put their names on the ballot. Your willingness to step up gave your neighbors another reason to participate in the primary, and that matters.

March’s HamCo Connect focused on Tech & Democracy, and we had a fantastic presentation from Indiana’s own Dana Black. Dana walked us through the politics of the day, gave a helpful ActBlue explainer, and answered questions from the audience about how the platform works.
