The Hamilton County Federation of Democratic Women was created for women who are tired of waiting for someone else to speak up, step up, or make change. We believe women are the backbone of every community, and not only deserve a seat at the table - they belong at the helm.
Our mission is to educate, connect, and empower women to become active participants in their own democracy, from local advocacy and community leadership to public service and elected office. Whether you're knocking doors, writing letters, attending your first public meeting, or considering a run for office, we're here to help you build the knowledge, confidence, and network to lead.
