Precinct Committeeperson are critical to our democracy. They help get the word out for our candidates, help find poll workers to make sure our elections run smoothly, elect our County Chair, and more.
Educate:
Invite all potential party activists from every section of your precinct to meet and outline tasks that need to be done.
Motivate:
Keep in touch with the people in your precinct who have shown an interest in becoming involved.
Lead:
Keep all volunteers and precinct workers pulling together despite bumps in the road.
Inspire:
Help activists see themselves as political experts in the community between the Party and the voter and show them that they wield immeasurable influence.
Organize:
Start a precinct canvass—walking or phoning.

Have a Democratic voting history
Approval by the Democratic Party Chair
