Gabriel Crawford-Paree
Gabriel Crawford-Paree was raised in Hamilton County, graduating from Fishers in 2016. His time in the HSE district mirrors the growing pains Westfield-Washington Schools are currently facing, so he has seen the impacts from the student side and brings that perspective to the school board. Being educated in the public school system also instilled a firm belief that everyone deserves a high quality public education.
Gabriel is an engineer, and brings with him an engineer’s mindset to problem solving. You don’t come in and solve a problem by being the person who had the right answer before you even got there, you solve problems by talking to stakeholders impacted and gathering information from people who know more than you about a given situation. He brings humility and level-headedness to challenging situations that is critical for arriving at the right solution, regardless of the issues faced.
