Charles Hollowell
Charles is a respected law enforcement executive, business professional, and community leader with more than two decades of public service experience. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to public safety, principled leadership, and community partnership, helping support Hamilton County's reputation as one of Indiana's safest and most desirable places to live, work, and raise a family.
Charles combines extensive law enforcement experience with a strong educational foundation. He is a graduate of the Police Executive Leadership Academy (PELA) and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, reflecting his commitment to excellence in leadership, finance, and organizational management.
